Transform's 3‑Year Manufacturer UK Warranty

At Transform, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted watch boxes, valet trays, and travel cases. This manufacturer warranty is our promise of durability and care.

1. What’s Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials, craftsmanship, and construction for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. It applies to issues such as:

- Structural faults (e.g. broken hinges, misaligned compartments)

- Stitching failures

- Hardware defects (e.g. locks or closures)

- Material degradation under normal indoor use

2. UK Customers Only

This warranty is exclusively available to customers in the United Kingdom who purchased directly from our website.

3. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear (e.g. surface scratches, minor fading)

- Accidental damage, misuse, or improper storage

- Water or fire damage

- Any modification or repair not performed by Transform

- Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorised sellers

4. How to Make a Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact us within 30 days of discovering the issue. Include:

1) Your original order number or proof of purchase

2) Clear photos of the product and the issue

3) A brief description of the problem

5. Our Commitment

If your claim is approved, we will at our discretion:

- Repair the product free of charge, or

- Replace it with a similar or equivalent item, or

- Provide store credit of equal value

6. Legal Notice

This is a manufacturer warranty and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. It is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
