Q. Do you deliver outside the UK? 

A. Yes! We do offer international delivery; however the rates are variable depending on where you need it shipped to. Please send us details of what you’re interested in purchasing, along with your shipping destination via our Contact Us page and we will provide you with the best possible individual quotes. 


Q. How long is delivery?

Q.  How are the products packaged? 

A. We are proud to offer gift wrapping on all Transform boxes totally free of charge. 


Q. How do I make a return? 

A. If you’re unhappy with your order, you have 30 days to make the return. Please visit our Returns page for all information required to make a return and receive a replacement or refund.


Q. Do you offer personalisation? 

A. Yes! Check out our Personalised Plate to add a touch of sentiment to your watch box, perfect when buying gifts for watch lovers.


Q. How do I let you know what I would like engraved? 

A. It’s easy! After placing your order we will email you asking for your colour choice, along with the text you would like engraved and we will sort the rest!

Q. How are your products made?

Q. Why is your watch roll called The Hero? 

A. The Hero was designed with the incredible NHS workers in mind. Its royal blue interior is similar to the NHS’s branding and honours the heroes who worked tirelessly through the Coronavirus pandemic. To find out more about how The Hero got its name, please read our blog post. 


Q. Is The Hero made of genuine leather? 

A. The Hero is a watch roll made with genuine Saffiano leather. This is a full grain genuine leather which is further finished with a wax treatment; meaning it is leather of the highest quality. Its cross-hatch finish is achieved by treating the leather with a specialised stamping machine and gives it the textured look. Subsequently, Saffiano leather is very durable, scratch resistant and easy to keep clean. Q. How do you lock the Carbo Blanc & Carbo Coal? 

A. To lock the Carbo Blanc & Carbo Coal watch boxes, gently turn the key anti-clockwise before giving it one more slightly firm turn. When it clicks, your watch box is locked. 


Q. Do the watch pillows fit all watch sizes? 

A. The pillows in our watch boxes are incredibly high quality and soft. Not only this but they accommodate the majority wrist sizes. If you have particularly narrow or wide wrists, please feel free to contact us, where we can advise on specific pillow dimensions for you.
