Returns


Here at Transform, we always strive to ensure our customers are happy with their orders. However, we do understand that this cannot always be possible despite our best efforts. If you find that you are unhappy with your order, you have 60 calendar days to request a return.

 

Our return process

  • Please get in touch with us via our contact page providing your name, address and order number along with your reason for return.
  • We will respond with a suggested solution such as; return for exchange or return for refund.
  • When we have found a solution, post your item(s) to us within 5 working days of the solution being accepted.

     * Please do not send items outside of this time frame or they will be refused *

  • All returns must include a clear note of your order number inside of the packaging so that we know who to refund. The refund cannot be issued without this.
  • All products must be returned with no signs if use and in original packaging.
  • We will endeavour to process refunds on the same day of receiving the return. However, please allow 3 working days for the refund to be processed back to the same method of payment that was used to place the original order.

 

Important Notes

  • The return postage fee is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original postage fee is non-refundable.
  • Any discounted, free items or free delivery awarded as part of a "spend over" offer must also be returned or paid for in full, should the revised total following the refund be less than the offer threshold at the time of purchase.
  • If you have lost the original packaging, damaged your item(s) or they show signs of use, we will not accept the return.
  • Please ensure you use appropriate postage to return your item (we also recommend a signed for service).
  • We can not accept returns for products that have been personalised.
  • If you are returning from outside of the UK please write on any customs declaration that the item is a “return of unwanted goods”

 

Exchanges

  • You can exchange anything (providing it is unused, undamaged and in original packaging) purchased from us within 60 calendar days of purchase date, for anything in stock and up to the value of original purchase price.
  • Please follow the same steps as a return (see above) for your exchange and we will post your new item(s) to you – unless agreed by us, this will incur an additional exchange postage charge for the new item to be sent to you.

 

Faulty Goods

  • All of our products are rigorously inspected for imperfections before they are carefully packaged to be sent to our customers. If for any reason your item is faulty or damaged in transit, please take detailed photographs of the packaging and the damage to the item. Immediately get in touch with us via our contact page or via customerservice@transformboxes.com detailing the issue and attaching the appropriate images.
  • We will ensure that you are satisfied and the problem is resolved ASAP
